The Renter shall pay to the Owner $150.00 per hour (minimal of 4 hours). A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of booking to secure reservation. Finalpayment is due 14 days prior to the event. Renters will be charge for any damages to equipment/furniture there are not contribute to normal wear and tear. Lost or irreparable damage will be charge the full cost of each unit.
There is a $150.00 cleaning and trash disposal fee.
NO SMOKING or ILLEGAL DRUG USE (smoking fee $500) … remainder of contract will be emailed upon venue request.
